L.’s Mango Shakes

L.’s Mango Shakes
Makes 4 shakes
3 cups milk
2 very ripe bananas
2 cups frozen mango chunks
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and cardamom

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and thick, adding more milk as needed.  Serve immediately.
