Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothies
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons raspberry jam or preserves
3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
3 cups milk
Put the raspberries and banana into the bottom of a blender; add the peanut butter, jam, and yogurt. Pour the milk over the top. Blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
